This is a one-person consulting business. The short version: the only information I hold about you is what you typed into the form, I am the only person who reads it, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What I collect

If you fill in the qualification form, I receive the answers you gave, your name, and your email address. The server also records the IP address the submission came from and your browser's user-agent string, which are kept to catch automated spam.

That is everything. There are no analytics on this site, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts other than the web font served by Google Fonts.

Why I hold it

To read your answers, decide whether your problem is one I can genuinely help with, and reply to you. Nothing else. In the language of the UK and EU regulations, the lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted a business about its services and expect a reply.

Where it goes

• The form posts to this website's own server. It does not pass through a third-party form service.
• A copy is emailed to me and stored on the server, and I keep a backup on my own machine.
• It is not sold, shared, or added to any marketing list. There is no newsletter and no automated sequence.
• It does not go into a CRM or a sales tool.

How long I keep it

Two years from the date you sent it, then it is deleted. If we end up working together, the records of that engagement are governed by our contract instead, not by this page.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email andresespinoza@amplifyhumans.ai and I will action it within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason, and asking will not affect anything else between us.

If you are in the UK or the EU and you think I have handled your information badly, tell me first and I will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
